Adult Education
We are here to work with our local communities to provide a nontraditional environment for those that missed out on completing their education. It doesn’t matter how old you are, what language you speak or your level of education; Fruitport Adult Education is here for you. Our classes are free for those who desire to earn a GED® or a Fruitport Community Schools diploma.
Our program prioritizes improving the educational levels of adult learners while enhancing access to employment, job training, and post-secondary opportunities. Our certified teaching staff is very proud to offer a nontraditional learning center environment, where you receive one-on-one instruction. Our focus is centered on helping each individual accomplish their goal of obtaining a high school diploma or GED®.
Fruitport Adult Education offers courses that meet the Michigan Merit Curriculum standards. We are also a Pearson Vue licensed GED® testing facility offering prep classes to assist you in passing the four tests: Math, Social Studies, Science and Reasoning through Language Arts.
As an adult education learning center, we are connected to our county regional partnerships and are working to build a career pathways link to assist our students in training for the world of work.
