We are very excited that you would like to enroll your child at Fruitport Community Schools. The following is information regarding the enrollment process.

Enrollment Process


Step 1 - Online Registration

Please complete this Registration Form,and allow 24 hours for the enrollment information to process in our system.  After the 24 hours, you may stop by the school or district the following day to finish the enrollment process.

Step 2 - Gather Required Documents

We will make copies of your documents and/or print out any forms for you - you do not need a printer.

  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Current Immunization Record or Health Department Waiver
  • Proof Of Residency - see Residency Verification for required/acceptable documents
  • Other documents requiring your signature will be provided at the building
Step 3 - Take Your Documents To The Office

During the school year, please take your documents to your child's building office.
