Title IX and Sexual Harassment Policies, Forms, and Training

The District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, or sexual orientation), marital status, disability, or any other legally prohibited basis in admission or access to District programs and activities. 

The District prohibits unlawful sex discrimination, including harassment and retaliation, in any of its education programs or activities in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and corresponding implementing regulations.

An individual who desires to file a Title IX Sexual Harassment complaint should complete the form below and submit the form to the District's Title IX coordinator. The District's grievance procedures, including how to report sexual harassment, how to submit a formal complaint, and how the school will respond to a complaint are outlined in the policies referenced above.

    • This course is designed to provide school staff with an overview of Title IX regulations to ensure that the District is in compliance. Topics covered include: the role of legal precedent, regulatory and sub-regulatory guidance related to Title IX; relevant terminology used in Title IX guidance; and guidelines that the District must follow to remain in compliance with the law.
  • SET SEG / Vector Solutions: Sexual Harassment - Student Issues and Response
    • This course will provide school personnel with information about sexual harassment in both student-to-student and adult-to-student situations, background to know the consequences of inappropriate behavior and what might happen when the appropriate action isn't taken, corrective actions that will help remedy sexual harassment situations in an education environment, related statistical data, and indicators for identifying sexual harassing behaviors.
  • SET SEG / Vector Solutions: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) - Staff to Student
    • This course is designed to provide school staff with adversity awareness training. Topics covered include: defining diversity, identifying behaviors - both intentional and unintentional - that can discriminate or contribute to a hostile learning environment, examining communication strategies that will enable staff members to comply with federal, state, and districts statutes and policies, and exploring positive reinforcing behaviors that show respect and appreciation for students and staff who are different than you.
